Rum Story

Set in the original 1785 shop, courtyards, cellars and bonded warehouses of the Jefferson family, The Rum Story has been authentically designed to provide all-weather family entertainment.

The Rum Story is a great day out for all ages, and is one of the key features of the regeneration project, which also features the Crow’s Nest at the harbour, and the renovation of the harbour-side itself.

You can also enjoy a leisurely browse in our gift shops, which sells our world famous Jefferson’s Rum. Try our homemade rum butter and tea bread made with Jefferson’s Rum. The coffee shop is also worth a visit, set beside the courtyard, which serves homemade lunches and cakes
